For each client our relationship is one of partnership so that our services are in line with the client's business objectives.

Performance management is a core element of our philosophy and is used to ensure that each of our contracts is appropriately resourced in terms of staff and product availability.

Our quality management policy reflects the requirements of the Chartered Quality Institute.

We constantly review the regulatory or sector requirements which are to be met in the provision of our products and services. This includes particularly the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act as it affects our customers and employees in relation to our business activities that is why we are now an Accredited Member of the Safe Contractor Scheme. For each contract we risk assess our activities such that there is no risk to tenants, staff, or the public.

Our activities comply with the Health & Safety Executive's requirements for the industry.

We believe that our company has a responsibility to care for and protect the environment in which we operate. Therefore we are fully committed to improving environmental performance across all our business activities, and will encourage our business partners and members of the wider community to join us in this effort.

In particular we continually seek to reduce the environmental impact of our on-site activities in the use of water, cleaning products, recycling materials, and energy use.

We have developed our own Environmental Policy and Action Plan to address our responsibilities to care for the environment.
